What movies feature armies made of robots?

Other than the Terminator and Star Wars movies, what films/TV shows have showed armies made up of robots/droids/artificial intelligence?

And has there ever been a movie where the machines were actually GOOD, as in they fought side by side withthe humans, and were ot trying to kill us all/enslave humanity/etc?

    The bots were bad cant think of in all of these movies is another good onethe matrix is the terminator of any movies were good onethe matrix is the best one can.
