What was the name of an 80s arcade game where you have to free enslaved humans?

Bombardon3 asked:

This is one of those games that I swear I played as a child, but cannot remember the name. I even went back to the great old arcade I played it at only to find that it is now a Boomers. I can’t recall it exactly, but I think it was isometric view or maybe 3/4 view. You went around shooting the bad guys who were either aliens or robots (can’t remember which). However, the reason I remember this game is that you also had to rescue humans who had been enslaved by the bad guys. The women slaves all wore red bikinis. My friends don’t believe that they would have had a game like in an 80s arcade, but I distinctly remember it. Any ideas?
It wasn’t Metal Slug, although you did rescue hostages in a similar manner (you went up and touched them), but it was a much older game. I’m thinking early 80s but might be wrong.
